Guests will have full access to the entire cottage and outdoor spaces during their stay, including the private sandy beach, deep-water dock, spacious lawn, and waterfront areas on Sebago Lake. Enjoy direct lake access for swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, and relaxing by the water. Parking is available on-site for guest convenience.

• Linens and bath towels are not provided, however, for $25 per person, they can be provided.
• You may bring your own boat or our many boat rental companies will deliver the boat you choose to the cottage.
• There is also a boat mooring available if desired.
• Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
• No, pets are not allowed at this property.
• Due to our guests' allergies we do not allow pets or smoking in the cottage or on the property grounds. 
• The neighborhood is very quiet therefore only a maximum of 6 people are allowed on the property or in the cottage at any time.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
• The guest booking the property must be at least 25 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of the damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI Vacationland Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
• PMI Vacationland utilizes a third-party to screen guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
